    In 1451 Christopher Columbus was born in the republic of Genoa, Italy. His mom and dad's names were , Domenico Colombo which was a wool weaver, and Susanna Fontanarossa was his mother. Christopher Columbus had three brothers, Bartolomeo, Giovanni Pellegrino and Giacomo and a sister named Bianchinetta.
