    February 14th, 2005, Youtube was launched and is still used as a technological piece when teaching in the classroom. Youtube will continue to grow and will be something you will still see in the future.

    Between 2011-2012, the market for tablets for kids k-12 exploded to 340%.

    Currently, many students have now been able to or even asked to, bring in their own personal computers to use while in the classroom.

    Surveys and Feedback

    Since 2014, teachers have started to implement the use of things like SurveyMonkey where you can create a survey about a lesson and receive student feedback by having the students take the survey. This is something that has added to technology int he classroom and will continue to grow.
  • Communication

    Teachers now use things such as blogs and emails to help communicate to parents, other teachers, students, etc.
  • Twitter

    Something new that is being used in classrooms today, is having students tweet to a teacher a point or valuable lesson they learned during that period. I feel as though this will continue to grow and get more popular in the future.
