The Texans might not like that they have to be one religion.The Anglo‐Americans in Texas were not represented, and the constitution was never submitted to a vote of the people for ratification. -
Fredonian Rebellion
It was an offense to the older people that had there farms there. He also settlers who could not proved ownership, both Anglo and native Hispanics, to move or pay him for their land. Edwards made an alliance with Cherokee Indians and declared the "Republic of Fredonia" independent of Mexico. -

It was to observe the natural resources and the Indians, to discover the number and attitudes of Americans living there. He wanted to stop U.S from taking Texas. -
Guerrrero Decree
It would make less Americans want to come. The fact that many people liked slavery, a lot of people would think that it would not be a good idea. He saw that if he tried to enforce this law, then he would have less settlers come into Texas. -
Law of April 6, 1830
This law was not heavily enforced, for the fact that Stephen F. Austin was able to make the Mexican Government limit the rule to some parts of Texas. -

The Law of April 6 made a lot of conflict, while trying to put this law into action there were difficulties too.At this point it was not inevetable. -

This battle is so signifacant due to the fact that this was the first real battle that many were injured and wounded in the war between Maxico and Texas. -
Convention of 1832
The Outcome was the convention adopted of resolutions requesting the extension of tariff exemptions, modification of the Law of April 6, 1830, to permit more general immigration from the United States, donation of government lands for the maintenance of primary schools. The convention also established a plan for organizing a militia and committees of vigilance, safety, and correspondence, which could disseminate news quickly in case of an emergency. -

It was held so soon because the war was just now over. This was wheter they wanted to split two countries or not. -
