    The Proclamation of 1763 was when England started to govern and claim the colonies as their own. The Proclamationoffended and did not honor the colonist's rights and agreement with the british to let them have that land.

    The sugar act restricted all availabilities to smuggle any goods with iron, lumber, or other exported goods and would be checked over by the British. The colonists were stopped for smuggling their sugar bc of how expensive it was.
