Self-Breast-Exam
Test for breast cancer. Test every 3 years after initial screening by feeling breast for lumps or irregularities. -
Pap Smear
Test for cervical cancer. Test every 1-2 years after initial test, every 3 if patient has three clean smears in a row. Test by taking a sample of the cervix. -
Mammogram
Test for breast cancer. Test yearly after initial screening taking pictures of the breast tissues. -
Colonoscopy
Test for colo-rectal cancer and polyps. Test every 10 years after initial screening by using a camera to look at the rectum. -
Fecal Occult Test
Test for colo-rectal cancer. Test yearly after initial exam by taking samples of fecal matter. -
Prostate Exam
Test for prostate cancer. Test yearly with PSA blood test and/or rectal exam after initial screening.
