The telegraph was invented in 1844 by a man called Samual Morse. This was the frist invention made to comunicate with people without having to send it as a letter in the mail. The telegraphs would be used to send messages in morse code. Morse code was used so that differant countrys couldnt understand what one country would be saying to another. -

before this invention people had to hand sew by hand there own clothes or pay someone to do it for them. since this invention making clothes was much easier which has lead to making clothes in big factories which lead to being able to buy clothes in shops -
