The Tree
After school one day while I was in first grade, my sister and I were waiting for my mom to come pick us up and we decide to swing on a tree. About five minutes later we heard the branch snap and in a split second it fell on my back. This was momentous because I learned that I was a lot stronger than I thought. -
A Bumpy Road
One summer I was in Yuma visiting my grandmother and my siblings and I decided to go biking down this park with really steep hills-ish bumps. we had gone down the very rocky side and all escaped unscathed, next we went to the grassy side; as soon as I went down the bump I hit a hidden rock and my bike flipped through me off then ran over me. -
Scooby-Doobie-Doo
Ever since I was a little toddler i loved watching scooby doo movies with my dad. Towards the end of my 3rd grade year I had every single scooby doo move that had been produce until 2007. This was a huge accomplishment then because i learned how determined I can be about things I want. Also because scooby doo is awesome. -
Guten Morgen
During October of 2008 my mom took me, my brother, and my sister to Germany to visit our cousins. This was big for me because it was the first time I had ever been on a plain or out of the country. I thought this adventure was so cool in that I got to spend two weeks touring castles, eating new foods, and baking apple pies all with my family. -
Puppies, Puppies, Puppies
My dog Fiji had 13 puppies during the 3rd quarter of my 5th grade year. This was important to me because I missed 2 days of school and the huge class party I had planned that Friday. Also that fact that my mom trusted me enough to take care of thirteen puppies and two big dogs meant a lot to me. -
Mr. Crazy
In the summer after six grade I spent the day with my dad we watched TV and then went to get something to eat. We talked while we ate at El Pollo Loco the I cleared the table and went to the bathroom while he pulled the car up; when I came out he was gone. He didn`t go very far before he remembered because I hear the tire-screech of his U-Turn before he race back into the parking lot. I think of this every time a embarrassing situations happens and I automatically feel better. -
Wet n Wild
In 7th grade I hung out with the fun rebellious 8th graders (all boys) that went to the same school as me. It was the most fun school year I have ever had and had and... the most friends that year too. One day we were walking from class and had this huge water bottle fight that started because someone tripped down the stairs. Everyone emerged soaking wet... and the funny part was the stairs were inside. -
New
When I went into 8th grade I was very exited not only was I moving into an new school but I was moving to a new house. Both me and my sister were going into a Montessori school she was in high school at Camelback. Also it reduced the bus 70 minute bus ride I had to take to from school. -
Congrats
Leaving 8th grade was an awesome point im my life because I knew that in the next school year I would be attending high school. It was a great feeling of accomplishment that i made it through the hardest year of my life. -
The Shire
My 15th birthday was ok. The thing that really made it fun was that my older brother Isaac got me the Lego Hobbits game for the PS3. Its a fun game and when ever my older sister Isis has time that's the game we play together. It is important to me because it is something my whole family likes to play.
