Sooner or later, Madison realized that in ordered to fund for the war against Britain, the Second National Bank was necessary. Also Due to the first banks charter expiration date getting closer, the renewal was a must in order for the states to continue to be financially stable.

    Jackson Vetos against the National Bank
    Jackson despised the idea of the banks more than anyone. He was desperate to see the banks fall, so he used his power to fight against the banks. He vetoed the bank and spoke out claims of it being unconstitutional and a treat to human rights.

    This was an act formed by Jackson that stated the only way someone could pay for government land was with gold and silver. Anything else was not acceptable.
