Tea and Stamp Act (Economic)
The stamp act taxed anything printed on paper and made the cololist buy stamps and other paper products. Due to boycott the stamp act was repealed. The tea act made British east India company the only company allowed to sell tea to Americans. Thsese two acts did not help U.S in any way. It only made it harder for the people to live because they did not have a lot of money because of all the taxes. -
Boston Tea Party (Social)
The American Indians boarded the Brittish ships that were in the Boston Harbor and dumped all the big crates of tea into the harbor. They did this becuase the colonist got tired of paying taxes on tea and boycotted. The colonists wanted to make it so Brittian could not use any of the tea so the the next morning any of the remaining tea floating in the harbor was beaten with oars. The Boston Tea Party helped the colonists at the time. After the Boston Tea party Brittian did not tax on tea. -
Treaty of Paris (Political)
The Treaty of Paris is what ended the War and it declared the independence of America. This is the event that led up to the formation of the government. This treaty was a good thing for America it didn't only end the war it lead the U.S to independence.
