    Meeting in Annapolis aimed to better regulate international trade. One six out of the thirteen states sent delegates but they agreed to meet the following year in Philadelphia to revise the Articles of Confederation

    Constitutional Convention took place in Philadelphia. Some supported it and some did not.

    Constitution became the official framework of the government of the United States of America when New Hampshire became the ninth of 13 states to ratify it.

    James Madison submitted twelve amendments by 1791 ten of these amendments were ratified.
