All year round people prepare fo the four year round festival.in which a total of 28 arries do battle . This means a never ending task of fund raising , planning for the next April and preparing costumes.The end of the festival is very sad day for the town, the only consolation being that it all begins again in a year's time. -
Pamplona
The many religous festivals of San Fermin was deliuted by music , dancing , and bullfights , and markets. Fireworks and dancing became feautures of the mordern day over the next few years the date extended to July 10th . -
Castellers de Vilafranca
A Valciandance , the Ball de Valencians, inolving quite a small number of people balancing on each other's shoulders , was popular . It's this dance that has gradually evolved into the current tradition. -
La Feria de Abril
La Feria de Abril lasts from the 20th to the 25th. La Feria de Abril is a huge annual event that is celebrated is in the city. The fair officially begins on Monday at midnight, normally 2 weeks after Holy Week, and ends with a fireworks display the following Sunday, again, at midnight. -
La Tomantina
La Tomatina tomato fight in Bunol near Valencia happens every year on the last Wednesday in August though the partying starts earlier in the week. The highlight of the festival is the tomato fight which takes place between 11am and 1pm on that day.
