    "Staying hydrated is important for good health."(5.1 P3). staying hydrated is a massive part of staying healthy, take it from me ever since i started bringing a water bottle to school I have felt significantly better that I had before.

    "In many cases, your behavior is at least as important to your health as your family history"(5.1 P2) In my family there had been a lot of smokers, especially my dad. But after smoking 12 years he decided when I was younger that he just couldn't do it anymore, he didn't want to hurt me. So he quit the next day and hasn't smoked since then.
