The Proclamation of 1763
King George III isuued a proclamation stating that the British should not get any more conflict with the Natives. The colonists didn't respond which meant the British didn't either. -
The Stamp Act
The Stamp Act made all americans at the time pay a tax for each piece of paper they used. This made the Sons Of Liberty attack British Tax Collector's houses. The British reacted to this by pulling it down. -
The Quartering Act
This act was passed to show where the British soldiers were to find room and board in the american colonies. They could have anything they asked for from anyone. This made the colonists very mad, but the British made them pay a tax before rioting. -
The Townshend Acts
It doesn't say a exact date...These acts began being passed at this time and included: The Revenue Act, The Indemnity Act, The Commisioners of Customs Act, the Vice Admiralty Act, and The New York Restraining Act. This taxed everything they bought from Great Britain. They removed it from everything eventually, excpet tea. -
The Boston Massacre
A group of pedestrians saw a Britiish Squad and decided to make snowballs, some with rocks in them, and throw them at the British Soldiers. In response, the British fired back with their guns. Killing 5 total, 3 instantly. -

A act passed saying a tea company could monopoly on tea sales in American colonies. This is what initially sparked The Sons Of Liberty.

The Boston Tea Party
A group known as "The Sons Of Liberty" lead by Samuel Adams. Dressed up as Native Americans and went on 2 british tea ships and threw the tea boxes overboard into the harbor. -

This is where 12 of the 13 colonies met up in Philadalphia from Sept. 5 To Oct. 26 at the begginning of the American Revolution. -
The Intolerable Acts
It doesn't say a exact date These laws were passed as punishment for The Boston Tea Party. The colonists reacted with bring together the Continental Congress. Which this overall ended up with the Revolution. -
