Elizabeth was born
The Elizabeth I legacy was born. I wonder if her mother knew what she was going to be capable of. -

Elizabeth's Mother Beheaded
Queen Elizabeth was only three when her mother was beheaded. Elizabeth's father had accused Anne (Elizabeth's mother) of adultery because she would not born him a son. This was enough to get her killed. This must have taken a huge toll on Elizabeth's life, growing up without a mother. I'm sure it changed her as a person and how she viewed her father. -

Adopted The Acts of Supremacy and Uniformity
This act arrogated the authority over the church to the monarchy and was later repealed by Mary I or England, surprise! -

Elizabeth I Crowned Queen
The total celebration of the crowning would equal to 3.5 million euros today. Wow! After all of the preceding drama of the men wanting to marry Elizabeth for the throne, and people getting pregnant to have boys for the throne, I'm sure Elizabeth was finally ready to have things go her way. -

Prayer Book of 1559
This is the third revision for the Anglican Church, and was brought about by the accession to the throne of Elizabeth I. It was in use for nearly 100 years. This was the first Prayer Book used in America. I'm sure Elizabeth was very proud of this accomplishment as it stuck around for quite a while. -

Thirty-Nine Articles
The Thirty-Nine articles are another great accomplishment by Queen Elizabeth and are the historic defining statements of Anglican doctrine. -
Mary Queen of Scots is Executed
Queen Elizabeth, I'm sure, was relieved to see Mary executed as the thought of the threat to the throne was a big deal. Mary fled her country some time in the 1560s and came to England to try and take over the throne. However, as a result of execution, that obviously didn't happen. Thank goodness for Elizabeth. -
Spanish Armada Defeated
This was one of Queen Elizabeth's achievements because of the inspiring speech she gave the army. It must have given the Queen a big ego boost that the army had won after her speech because she had gotten through to them. It also had given her a leg up with them and the people. -
Queen Elizabeth Dies
Queen Elizabeth passed away at Richmond Palace which ends a great era or ruling. -
Elizabeth Gets Succeeded
Queen Elizabeth is succeeded shortly after her death by none other by the son of Mary, Queen of Scots, James I.
