This was important because without this war America could have not won it's independence. -

This is huge leap in woman's rights. During this time women were starting to get more rights and medical school was thought only to be a male career but the opening of the first female medical college changed all that. -

20 cent coins Congress authorizes 20 cent coin, lasts only 3 years. This shows how the govement actually cared about America and wanted it to become a better place. They would try new things and if they didn't work they would fix them and get something better. That is why I think that this was important. -
World War 1
WWIWorld War One was an extremely bloody war, with huge losses of life and little ground lost or won. Fought mostly by soldiers in trenches, World War I saw an estimated 10 million military deaths. It was between Central Powers and Allied Powers.
