It had many internal wars in the battle for power. The state had only marital relations with the Zhou and in the end had ended up taking over and thus begins the era of the Qin Dynasty

Jin was the state that was in the center, Qin was in the west, Chu was in the south, and Qi was in the east. These four states continued to fight for dominance of land an power and hoped to expand their territory and army.

    He was a philosopher whos teachings had centralized around personal growth, sincerity, and justice. His teachings were the founding basis of what Chinese culture is today- strong family loyalty, ancestor worship, and respect of elders by children and younger family members.
