YouTube Continues to grow as it becomes one of the top websites used today. It really consumed much of the internet use along with Google as well. Many people use it to solve math problems, help with cooking, or just plain entertainment. Also the video despacito reached a whopping 3 billion views on 8/4/2017, and almost 5 billion views today! So really, half the world has used YouTube. This website definitely impacted our society. -

At October 9th, it was finally announced that YouTube will be bought by Google for $1.65 Billion dollars. Steve Chen and Chad Hurley went on to be internet celebrities, while amazingly, Jawed Karim just went back to college to get his master's degree.
