    Caused by the death of well-known professor Edward, Leaving his crown to Harold.
    The effects impact of the Battle of Hastings was that William of Normandy was unhappy as he wanted to claim the crown himself. William wished to become the King of England and planned for his nobles to invade leaving him as king.

    Doomsday Book
    The cause for the doomsday book was because of William the Conqueror's attempt to rule medieval England.
    The doomsday book contained all of the ownerships and jobs that needed to be done. It also included the taxes that needed to be payed and if you did not meet those requirements and pay, you would be punished.

    Pope Urban 11 Speech
    The reasoning for the speech was to start war between the Christians of England and Muslims. Christians were trying to reclaim the 'holy land' which we know as the Middle East.
    The resolved in the Turks threatening the Christians, as they wanted the 'holy land' as well. Pope Urban had the opportunity to use some European Christians under his demand. He had the opportunity to make them a part of the army but he refused.

    The cause of the First Crusade was from Muslims and Christianity have a series of fights that lasted for over two centuries. The fights were happening because the Christians wished to have Jerusalem, which the Muslims owned.
    The First Crusade definitely effected people and their way of living. It effected the feudal system and the trades a lot.

    Magna Carta was caused because of King John, an un-liked, who lost many battles,The magna Carta was basically a book filled with promises from the king.
    This affected England, as it lead to people thinking he was a weak leader. As John continued to lose battles England received less money through taxes. John continued to battle people from around France and other places in Europe, meaning he continued to lose money. He demanded more money through taxes of the English residents.

    Second Mongol Invasion
    The first Mongol Invasion was concluded unsuccessful, as there was a storm that caused them to retreat. Later in 1281 the Mongols invaded again with 150 000 troops and 4400 ships. They mainly stayed as a sea attack along the coast.
    The Mongols were hit again with yet another typhoon forcing the Yuan to retreat.

    Black Death in Central Asia
    Central Asai was where the Black Death Plague firstly originated from in 1346. It was caused by a soldier in the Mongolian army was exposed to fleas of rats, carrying the disease. People quickly caught the disease from him, which lead to cities and suburbs being infected. Millions of people caught the disease and there were very few survivors.

    Sicily was the first recorded place where the plague formed. The plague suffered from all forms, Bubonic, Septicaemic and Pneumonic. They lived with bad hygien and were very crowded, meaning it would spread quickly. They would recieve large lumps on the armpits or groin and some other symptoms.

    The plague in Germany was caused by the same reasons as other countries. They all had bad living conditions, that were crowded and un-hygienic. This was one of the worst times, as they experienced all forms of plague. They suffered from Bubonic, Pneumonic and Septicaemic ans thousands of people died.

    The plague returned not once but multiple times. The cause was simply because the communities weren't exactly able to finally end the Black Death. It originally began in 1347 but continued to come back over and over again. It wasn't as bad as the first instant but it would still cover Europe but there was much less drama and devistation. This is one of the reasoning for such a decline in the population. Every genertaion experienced the Black Death as it returned many times in the 15th Century.

    The cause of the Nagashino Battle was when Takeda Katsuyori, Oda Nobunaga and Tokugawa Ieyasu collided in central Japan near Nagashino Castle. Takeda Katsuyori, the son of general Takeda Shingen was determined to be successful and was very prepared. The Nagashino were victorius because majority of the other attackers were killed.

    Akechi Mitsuhide one guard with him fired started arund him The death of Odo Nobunaga accured early one morning when he woke up in his Castle completely surrounded. He was unfortunate enough to only have one guard with him at the time. The Akechi Mitsuhide, who surrounded him enclosed his bed by a fire. He died from rather killing himself or from being burnt to death.

    Tokugawa Ieyasu gives Shogun Title to son
    The country dealt with many problems during the 'Warring States' period 1467-1573. Oda Nobunaga, Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and Tokugawa Ieyasu, the "Three Reunifiers" were determined to bring warring Daimyo back under control. The Tokugawa Shogunate, was established and ruled in the emperor's place until 1868.Tokugawa son, Hideyori was assigned Toyo Osaka Castle with Tokugawa helping confidently. Tokugawa became Shogun again for two years so his family would still be successful and not lose position.
  • Great Plague of London

    Great Plague of London
    London experienced an outbrake of plague. The form of plague that people were experiencing were Bubonic. People had poor living conditions, as they would throw all waste (including human waste) out onto the street. They were also living in very crowded areas, which meant there were many areas that were great for rats to stay.
    The plague was finally brought under control after The Great Fire of London burnt down the majority of areas that were affected in 1666.
  • First Mongol Invasion

    First Mongol Invasion
    The mongol first invasion was caused by Kublai Khan, one of the Mongol leaders. He already had control of all of the other contries in the East except Japan. He was determined to control the whole of South China. He sent an angry letter to Japan threataning the country to pay tribute or they would be invaded.
    It concluded in Japan ignoring the letters. The Japanese retreated to Dazaifu after being attacked. The Mongols boat was then destroyed during a storm, meaning an unsuccessful attack.
