Japanese Internment Camps
After the bombing of Pearl Harbor the American people got scared of Japan, and their people. The American government then sent Japanese Americans to the west coast into Internment Camps. This was an order done by President FDR Which was basically a prison. Later on President Ronald Reagan gave families 20k in restitutions from the United States government.

Stalingrad
A brutal battle between the Allied forces and Axis powers. The battle is known as one of the largest, longest and bloodiest engagements in modern warfare. Nazi Germany and their allies fought the Soviet Union for control of the city of Stalingrad, later renamed Volgograd, but was unsuccessful.

Hiroshima
America warned Japan to surrender to end the war, or they would send something catastrophic. They did not surrender, Americans warned the people of Japan then dropped an atomic bomb on Hiroshima which is a residential area. Japan did not surrender so American bombed around city of Nagasaki. Then Japan surrendered.
