D-Day
U.S. troops landed on Normandy on specific sectors of the beach most known and most brutal was Omaha beach. Troops had to run out of landing crafts and into the bloody sand of Omaha where countless of bullets flew past them until they finally overran the German defensive and captured the beach. -
