The Soviets cut off all access to West Berlin. They were hoping that the Allies would give up West Berlin, but The Americans and the British had a differnt idea. They flew in supplies for 11 months straight. -

The CIA invades Cuba to overthrow the government, but the U.S did not provide enough support which resulted in a defeat. -
Cuban Missile Crisis
The Soviets were secretly building missiles in Cuba. We discovered this with our U.S spy plane, to us this was a threat. We then demanded a removal of their missiles. We then blockade Cuba to prevent the Soviets from installing the Missiles. There then was a threat of nuclear war and the Soviets then agreed to remove their firepower. -

Assasinated during an annual victory parade in Cairo by men in military uniform. -

Students protested, wanting a change in the government, a democratic change. Soilders came to Tianamen Sqaure and killed an unknown number of people. -

The Berlin Wall was a barrier that divided Berlin fron 1961. It was then torn apart by the citizens of Germany breaking the seperation of the once divided Berlin.
