Japan Bombs U.S. Pearl Harbor
Pearl HarborJapan launches a surprise attack on the U.S. Navy in port at Pearl Harbor. This was a crippling blow to the United States, but they would soon recover and be dragged into WW2. This was only a small victory for Japan as they missed the U.S. Carriers, which were away at the time, failed to bomb the oil supply, and deciding to cancel the third wave of bombers. -
