Liberation of concentration camp
This event is when the Allied troops were going around and liberating all the concentration camps that they found since they found it wrong to as what they were doing. They believed that the jewish did not deserve being in the camps because they didn't do anything. This ended up helping put an end to Hitler's camps.

VJ day is when the Japan officially declared their surrender and ended the war. They decided to surrender since the United States bombed Hiroshima and Nagasaki and were scared of what all American could actually do. This ended the war between Japan and U.S. and America won.
