War of the Austrain succession
The War of the Austrian began when Frederick II of Prussia invaded the Austrian province of Silesia. Eventually Prussia allied itself with France, Bavaria, Spain, Sweden and Saxony.In 1742, Austria and Prussia finally made peace. King George II soon took over the command of the Army in 19 June. Aix-la-Chapelle was signed in October 1748. France agreed to leave the Austrian alone and give back Madras in return for Louisbourg. The war of Austrian was important because it brought peace. -
