    Maya

    One of the most important invitations of the Maya people was their calendar that they used to predict weather and other events throughout the year, they also used it for religion because each day has its own meaning and ritual.

    Ghana had gained lots of wealth by controlling the gold trade and taxing gold that was transported through the empire, but they also came up with a system called the silent bardaning system which made it easier to trade. They mainly lived in West Africa.

    As the Gupta Empire grew so did their technological advancements in science, engineering, art, logic, laterature, and math for example one of the most important achievements from this knowledge was the decimal system of notation. They mainly lived in India.

    Byzantine Empire

    As the Byzantine Empire grow so did their accomplishments throughout the region for example they extended women's rights and set up a new and better law system. They mainly lived in Europe.

    Imperial China (Tang-Ming Dynasties)

    While many people moved south because of northern invaders they had to change how they farmed and what they grow, which caused their economy to grow very fast and not to long they became very wealthy. They lived in china/Asia.

    Muslim Empire(Rashidun-Abbasid Caliphates)

    The Muslim Empire was known for many technological advancements such as aquaducks and wells to store water, but they also made different kinds of medicine and how they worked. They mainly lived in Europe and Asia.

    Japan (Heian and Edo Periods only)

    They developed many different kinds of Literature for example tanka and other types of poetry. They lived in Northeast Asia.

    Holy Roman Emperor

    As the Holy Roman Emperor grew so did their religion and culture for example their schools were held by the churches they were taught geometry, music, logic, and learned much about their religion. But they also gained much wealth as many towns devoted themselves to perfecting a certain good or trade. they mainly lived in western and central Europe.

    Inca

    They sent representatives or delegates to areas of land they wanted to capture to try and persuade them to join the empire before attacking with force. They lived in the Andes Mountains/South America.

    Mali

    Mali was Part of a very big trading system that involved gold and salt, but their power and standing got even better when they became noted by Europe. They lived in West Africa.

    Aztec

    They were able to build a city on water called Tenochtitlan by hammering poles into the ground to build a very good foundation that they built on. They lived in Northern Mexico/Southern part of North America.

    Songhai

    Songhai was one of the biggest traders at the time, gaining much wealth and after Sunni Ali a leader of an army Songhai controlled took over Mali and gained even more power their standing became very good. They lived in West Africa.
