Napoleon waited until mid-day to give his troops orders to fight. Earlier a Prussian Army had eluded pursuit of Napoleon's troops, and they made their way back to Waterloo, causing Napoleon to lose the battle. -
Tokugawa Shogunate ends
This was a governmen in Japan that began in 1603 and lasted till 1867. It was a military dictatorship and was also know as the Edo period.
