Columbus' (Italian) voyage was funded by spanish rulers King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella. Originaly were looking for a direct sea route to Asia by going around the world. He sailed with the Nina, Pinta, and Santa Maria. -

Pizzaro conqures the Inca
Francisco Pizzaro led 169 spanish soldiers and their native allies to capture the Sapa Inca Atahualpa. This was the beginning of a long campaign that would eventually end is spanish victory. -

The play portraied the 44 B.C. conspiracy against the roman dictator Julius Caesar.
