Spinning Jenny-It was not the first machine nor was it first mechanized in the textile industry, but it lead to mass production of cotton , when it became motorized, it contributed to the industrial revolution. -

American Revolution-A Poltical upheavel in the thirteen colonies that led to a war between Great Britan and her colonies in America that resulted in the Independence of a new nation. That severed all ties to Great Britian and showing the world that a new nation can be formed from politcal and social revolution. Storming of Bastille-The storming of the Bastille had a major impact in the French Revolution, it showed that the people of france could rise against their oppressors like in the American Revolution. It was a time of radical social and political uprisings. The storming of the Bastille was important because France was a well established monarchy, and it was overthrown by its people. -
Invention of Seed Drill during the Agricultural Revolution
The Seed Drill-The Seed Drill had been invented in 1501 B.C in its primitive form. It was never really widespread or heard of, the only country to take its design and improve upon it was China in the 2nd century B.C. Still it was not used anywhere else besides China for almost a millennia. Then in the European Agricultural Revolution it was reintroduced. It increased crop production by almost 8 times. Helped sustain Europes population. -

The Assassination- This event was important because it triggered a series of events that would lead to the First "World War" or "The Great War" which was what it was called at the time. -

Treaty of Versailles- This ultimatly ended World War l, calling an end to the fighting between Germany and the Allied Powers. It is important because it ended WWl but led to the cause of WWll. It placed tremendous debt on the German economy and increased German nationalism, leading WWll. -

Great Depression- When U.S stock market crashed, leading to worldwide economic decline that bottomed out in 1933 affecting almost all countries rich or poor. -
Pearl Harbor attack
Pearl Harbor- Surprise attack on the in United States by the Empire of Japan, Pearl Harbor the main naval base for the Pacific fleet of the United states was stationed there to discourage any military action by Japan. When Japan attacked the U.S the fleet was almost completely destroyed, the Attack led directly to the United States to join WWll. Following the U.S involvement it led to the creation of the Atomic Bombs.
