  • Talk with my family

    Talking with my family about the way I feel can overall improve my health. If there's something wrong that's gone on, being open with my family can help myself out as well as them.
  • Pick up trash

    Picking up trash around my neighborhood can help to greatly improve the community's health. I believe that a clean community and neighborhood is a much happier community.
  • Excersice

    Taking out about an hour of each day to work out and get some excersice is a good way to improve my personal health.
  • Eat healthy foods

    Taking the time to pick out organic and healthier foods at the store will make it much easier to make healthy meals for myself at home.
