On this day,Elizabeth Cady Stanton has fought with Susan B, for women's right when women's started to begin fighting. On this day, The national women's suffragist who directed there effort toward changing the federal law begin holding silent viglls in front of the White House , Holding up banners but polices arrested 200 people and while in jail they went on a hunger strike. women will go for there rights in any way,They kill fight for what's right in there minds and they believe that this is the right thing to fight for and they will put there lives in risk for it.(WR,S6) -
The first vote, But it was not that helpful
On this day,Women's across the country voted in their first national election, But some or many women's did not end up voting. women's fighting and strikes has helped a little but women's thought the 19th Amendment would change politics so many women's didn't want to and didn't vote.(WR,S6) -
