College and Career will move elective offerings toward STEM - This will result in more STEM electives on campus. The LMS will allow a variety of options to the students resulting in an explosion of STEM pathways. -
Technology PD Explodes
Staff PD models student instruction and teachers learn at their own pace and given many options to learn - creates a learning environment for all. Reluctant teachers still have options but moving to online and blended learning model. -

A movement toward blended learning will increase engagement in the classroom. Students utilize a variety of mediums to learn. -
