I became a parent of a Kindergartener
My first child entered Kindergarten on September 10, 2001. From this day to the present, I have been a parent volunteer in my children's classrooms and have been a member of the PTO boards. I was on a path, but did not know quite yet where it was leading me. -
I began working as a substitute teacher for the town of Chelmsford
I started working as a part time substitute teacher for the town of Chelmsford in 2005. I was scared to death the first day, which was crazy because it was a second grade class! I overcame my fears and continue to substitute today, in both the elementary and middle schools. I love being with the children and making a difference in their lives. -
