Missionaries came, Britan started to get mad because Oregon was both Britan and U.S, they brought sickness that killed some the Native Americans. Traders helped the natives by trading with them the things that they need but dont have. With the lure to the west more people were going to west which they were coming in where the natives live, less food for the natives and run away crimanals. -

They were forced from their homes. The americans didnt want them there because they wern't civalized, they already conqured them and they were "in the way". Many died on the trail of tears going to the west. They had to leave familes. -
