Diana vs. California Board of Education (1970)
- In the case of Diana vs. California, the plantiffs of the nine Mexican Americans felt that the students weren't being tested fairly. The plantiffs felt as if the students should have been tested in their native language. The final result was that school age children should be able to test in their native language.
