    Humans first used the bow and arrow

    They were more powerful and accurate than the other weapons. They were used for hunting mostly.

    When horses were first domesticated

    Horses were very important by their way of transportation, and their way of pulling wagons ect.
  • 2000 BCE

    When humans first used spears

    The spears were important, because they were used for hunting and fishing. They were one of the first weapons invented.

    - Trojan Wars

    This war was against the city of Troy by the Achaeans after Paris of Troy took Helen from her husband Menelaus, king of Sparta. The war is one of the most important events in Greek mythology and has been narrated through many works of Greek literature, most notably Homer's Iliad.

    - The Peloponnesian War

    This war was an ancient Greek war fought by the Delian League led by Athens against the Peloponnesian League led by Sparta.

    Three wars fought between Rome and Carthage. At the time they were some of the largest wars.

    This was a very important war material. This was a explosive chemical.

    A series of religious wars given approval by the Latin Church in the medieval period.

    The development of the hand cannon

    The hand cannon was one of the first "guns" before the hand pistol was invented. They used these hand cannons in war pretty often.

    The invention of the longbow

    The longbow was used to get a further shot, and was very important back then. It was used for hunting and more. Very good way of shooting long range back then.

    - One Hundred Years War

    A series of conflicts that consisted of the House of Plantagenet, rulers of the Kingdom of England, against the French House of Valois. They would fight over the right to rule the Kingdom of France. Both sides gained a lot of allies.

    A gun like a muskett, but was not really meant for war. It was a pretty slow process of shooting the gun.

    The conquistadors overthrew the Aztec Empire.

    This war was a religious civil war between the Protestants and Roman Catholics in Germany that engaged the Austrian Habsburgs and the German princes. The war soon developed into a devastating struggle for the balance of power in Europe.

    It was very useful underwater. They were to carry aircrafts, and/or military weapons.

    A series of wars against the French Empire and its allies. The French were led by Napoleon l, and they went against the Europeans, which were very powerful. The Europeans were usually led by the United Kingdom.

    This was a more advanced gun, but still lacked very long distances. Still, very useful in war.

    A massive rebellion between the established Manchu-led Qing dynasty and the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom.

    A fight between the North and the South about the disagreeing of black enslavement.
  • The invention of the first iron-clad warship

    This was an iron warship, that would take down the wooden ships in war a lot easier.
  • The invention of the first machine gun

    This would shoot rapidly, and was very fast. This was extremely useful in war.

    A very big explosive bomb that was at very high temperatures. Important to kill a large mass.

    Used to destroy enemy satellites. Very useful to block them of knowing where you are or they are.
