Third Alien ship lands at Pyrford. , Weybridge, Shepperton was destroyed. One Alien fighting machine was destroyed at Shepperton. One Alien fighting machine was damaged at St. Georges Hill. Black Smoke deployed for first time. The defenses in Thames Valley and Richmond-Kingston-Wimbledon line were overwhelmed.

Day Four: (Monday)

Jun 4, 1920

Fourth Alien ship lands at Bushey Park. British Government orders immediate evacuation of London. First Alien foray into the London Metropolitan Area.

Day Five: (Tuesday)

Jun 5, 1920

Fifth Alien ship lands at Sheen (Narrator of story trapped as a result). And Aliens are sighted at Barnes.

Day Six: (Wednesday)

Jun 6, 1920

British Government re-established at Birmingham, ordering the preparation of mines and pitfalls across the midland counties. Aliens in total possession of London (sightings at Highgate and Neasdon).

Day Seven: (Thursday)

Jun 7, 1920

Seventh Alien ship lands at Primrose hills. Blackwater Estuary by HMS Thunder Child. Thunder Child sunk as a result of the action. Alien Flying Machine deployed for the first time.

Day Eight: (Friday)

Jun 8, 1920

Eighth Alien ship lands within the Greater London Area.

Day Nine: (Saturday)

Jun 9, 1920

Ninth Alien ship lands within Greater London Area. Narrator reports six distinct reports of gunfire in the evening.

Day Ten: (Sunday)

Jun 10, 1920

Tenth Alien Ship[ lands within Greater London Area. Leatherhead destroyed by Alien fighting machine.

Day Fifteen: (Sunday)

Jun 15, 1920

Sheen is destroyed by the Aliens.

The Flying Machine becomes Functional.

The Narrator barely escapes from Sheen.
