Magna Hungaria
Magna Hungaria refers to the ancestral home of the Hungarians. Magna Hungaria was probably in the forest-steppe regions of Bashkortostan, in the area of the Kushnarenkovo and Karayakupovo cultures, in the region of the Southern Urals. -

Levédia
The conquer of Levédia probably happened somewhere around 750, but we do not know the exact date. The migration of the Hungarians to this area was the work of the Byzantine emperor Constantine VII. -

Etelköz
Etelköz was the territory owned by Árpád’s people before the conquest of the Carpathian Basin. The only source of the name is VII. Constantine, Byzantine Emperor's work On the Administration of the Empire (De Administrando Imperio). -

Carpathian Basin
In 895, the Magyars conquered the Carpathian Basin and finally settled down there. They first took control over the lowlands east of the river Danube and attacked and occupied Pannonia in 900. After the Magyars launched a series of campaigns to Western Europe between 899 and 955 and also targeted the Byzantine Empire between 943 and 972. However, they gradually settled in the basin and established a Christian monarchy, the Kingdom of Hungary, around 1000.
