The 23rd amendment added voters of the district of Columbia to the presidential electorate. -
24th amendment
The 24th amendment eliminated poll taxes and any other taxes as a condition for voting in any federal election. -
Literacy test
A law was created that suspended the use of any literacy test in any state or county where electorate had voted or been registered in the 1964 election. -
Voting age
Voting age was changed to 18 years old.
