    once they abolished slavery African Americans wanted more rights to do stuff like everybody else specifically to vote and that led to minority males can vote then when that happen it made southern states try to prevent them from voting and sense African american minority could vote so did woman and then a lot of changes happen to make voting for everyone no mater race or ethnicity and just yeah

    when minority males could vote it increased the amount of people who voted to woman they wanted to vote sense minority males could vote too increasing it more to females, minority males and white man.

    why this is is important is because it makes it easier for African Americans to vote it helps them get closer to complete ease to vote, you don't have to pay your grandparents could be slaves and still vote you could be African Americans or Woman to vote and its steps closer to the voting rights act.
