13th Admendment
The 13th admendment abolishes slavery, so then in the future this could lead to how African-Americans can later have the right to vote. -
15th Admendment
This is important so that more people can vote and have a say in what happens in our country's life. -
Laws to try to take the voting rights away from African-Americans
This makes women want the right to vote and could lead to the 19th admendment. -
Supreme Court rules that literacy tests are un-constitutional
This is important because now a person can't make sure that a person of a different race can always vote. -
19th admendment
This has an increase on voting rights because now women can now vote. -
Sureme court rules that poll taxes are un-constitutional
States can nolonger have taxes for voting and this leads to more voting rights becausre now poorer people can now vote. -
Freedom Summer
This leads to an increase to more voting rights because African-Americans can now vote in Mississippi.
