A group of Freedom Riders were attacked in Alabama for riding through southern states together. They were trying to test the desgregation laws. -

He protested against racial segregation in a one man march. He was killed on his final protest. -

To prevent more adults going to jail, they made the children march. However, Brimingham police used dogs fire hoses to attack the children. -
