Abraham Lincoln was assassinated at the Fords theater in Washington DC, by John Wilkes Booth. -

Began in 1914, after the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, it lasted until 1918. The was a lot of big events that happened during this time, like the air planes and, people forget that Hitler was a soldier during the war. -
WW2
This was the deadliest war in all of war with around 70 million people killed. It started in 1939 when Germany invaded Poland. Lots of new stuff was created in this war, such as new weapons and equipment, and Hitler had a lot to deal with the war.
