Finally after many years of oppression and neglect the Cubans with the inspiration of the U.S. have decided to revolt. They were put through the worst conditions and were pulled constantly between their mother country and the idea of revolt and finally it was time for a change. -
Annexation of Hawaii
The U.S has continued a long standing tradition of expansion and manifest destiny over the world. Hawaii became a perfect target due to it being isolated from other countries and having only its monarchy government. We stripped their government because they were incapable of governing themselves. -
Women's Trade Union League
This era of history had great strides towards the equality of genders. One accomplishment made was the formation of the Women's trade union league which aided women in making better jobs and eliminating the preexisting sweatshops conditions in place. -
Children's Bureu
As the economy grew, so did the big businesses within the American economy. With them the brought along jobs with poor wages conditions and environments and decided to enlist the most needy of workers: children. It was decided that these children had experienced enough of the conditions and the children's bureau was set in place to protect working class children. -

The 1913 Federal Reserve Act was a U.S. legislation that created the current Federal Reserve System. The Federal Reserve Act intended to establish a form of economic stability in the United States through the introduction of the Central Bank, which would be in charge of monetary policy. -
