Being bullied as a kid.
- When I was in kindergarten I was bullied for being different. I was the tallest kid in my class and I came later in the year making it harder to find friends. I learned then that it doesn't matter if I'm different and I should own it. ( from then on out I was my normal bubbly person.

HAWAII!!
- I was 7 years when I went to Hawaii it's my favorite memory as a child. I learned all about the beautiful culture and again to conquer my fears. I got up in front of 100 people and hula danced; It was my first time, but I wowed the audience.

Grandpa's death
- After I returned from that trip, my Grandpa, who at the time was ill had passed. That was the first time I'd experienced death; I had no idea how to react or try to help my family. I truly believe that experience made me see the world differently and I became a stronger person because of it.

My love for art.
- The death of my Grandpa really impacted me; I was a lost child for a few years until I found my love for art. I began painting, drawing, creating many forms of art and discovering one of my talents. I think it was my Grandpa sharing his gift with me, he was an artist.

Isaas' birth
- when I was 11 years my little cousin was born, if I only knew how much he'd change me. He's my favorite person and one of my best friends. He taught me the meaning of fun, love, and friendship. I know it's odd for a 17 and a 6 year old to be friends, but we're two peas in pod

My friendship with contessa.
- My freshman year of High school, I found my best friend Contessa. I truly think she's my soul mate; before Contessa I really didn't have a true best friend. She had a huge impact on my life and helped me grow as a person.

Grandma's death
- At the end of my freshman year, I had a tragedy happen my Grandma died. To say I was effected is a understatement, it rocked me to my core. A little backstory, my grandma lived with me my whole life and was like a second mother to me; my love for her was unconditional. Since then I have completely changed who I am as a person and grown immensely.

Moving life
- After my grandma passed, My mom and I had to move from our home and go live with my dad. Not only did I have to deal with the death of my grandma, but saying goodbye to my friends, family, and familiar soundings. It was a new environment and it was hard for me to make new friends; I was still living in the past and I don't think I was ready to move on yet.

Piano
- For my 17 birthday I was given a piano and it changed my life again ( as you can see many things change my life). I taught myself how to play and read the music. I absolutely feel in love with sound of the music and the feeling I got when playing. A simple instrument taught me the meaning of simplicity and to cherish the little things.
