Lodging
We used Couchsurfing for find lodging. We contact with Elsa Fiott who is interested in literature, philosophy, music, coffee, wine, cats and cigarettes. She is 26 years old and live in Mellieha. -
First day in Malta!
We will arrive the 1st October, at 11:35 to Luqa, Malta.
We should take the bus 72 (there's more than one way) until we arrive at Balta L- bajada 5 (bus stop) then we will walk to Balta L-bajada 2 and we will take the bus 42 until we arrive at
Snajjin, then we will walk a few minutes and... WE WILL ARRIVE HOME, HALF AN HOUR LATER. -
RENTING A CAR!
Cristina is going to arrive at Malta 2th October, as we'll be arriving at Valletta, she will be too! Also, she came from Spain. She can drive, so we will rent a car! It will cost 45 EUR each day. we are going to use it for 6 days. -
Visit Mellieha
We are going to visit the differents places in Mellieha. -
Gozo island
To go to Gozo we take the 37,41 or 42 bus to Valletta and later the ferry to Gozo. We whet the ferry at 10.00am.
In Gozo, we are going to visit Azure Window, Calipso cave, Qbajjar Saline (in Zebbug) (salt panes), Victoria citadel, Towns like Xlendi, Marsarlform, Nadur or Qala or the cliffs
We spend the night in Gozo and the next the we go to Comino island. -
Comino
We will leave Gozo in a ferry wich will take us to Comino, where we are going to spend the day. We will visit the Blue Lagoon and St. Mary's tower. At 6:30 pm we will leave Comino, and we will arrive at Valetta that afternoon. -
Typical food in Vittoriosa
Today, we're going to rent a car to go to eat in Tal-Petut restaurant that it's situate in Vittoriosa, a little city in Malta. It has Malta's typical food and cheaper than others. Then we can visit the Vittariosa's bay.
At the restaurant we'll eat typical food. To start we're going to eat the appetizers: Pastizzi and Gbejniet. And then we're going to eat Timpana, Stuffa tal fenek and Lampuki. For the dessert we're going to eat Imqaret. -
Musseum of Classic cars of Malta (Qawra)
In the afternoon we are going to visit the classic car musseum in Qawra -
Go shopping!!
The last day we're goint shopping to ''The point'', the most famous mall in Valletta. We have to buy presents for our parents and friends and Paula's boyfriend.
This mall it's in the promenade and we have wonderful views for Valletta. -
