magee gathered a force later known as the gutierrez-magee expidition in 1812. they crossed the sabine river on agust 8 and was joined by gutierrez two days later. magee was very ill, and remained in command of the expiditon and died on febuary 6, 1813. -

he was recieved by a secratery, who listened to the plansfor establishment. in 1812 he meet a special agent. the agent helped him get back to texas. -
battle medina
the battle was fought on august 18, 1813. the war was between spain, mexico united states, france, and england. the bodys were lft there for nine years until the governor had the bone buried. -

in 1819 he was helping to plan how to conquer texas. in 1822 he went to mexico city to plead his case. but on april 8, 1822 he was shot and killed by a guard. there was some evidence that the guard wsa hired by jose felix trespalocios. -
