Iceberg Getting Close
April 14, 1912 12:05a.m. 30 minutes after the iceberg was seen, lifeboats were being uncovered, and the ship was starting to take a noticeable dip forward. Captain Smith himself went to the wireless shack and told the distress call, and gave the ships position. Panic
August 15, 1912, 1:25 a.m. loading the lifeboats was becoming more chaotic, and now most of the passengers had realized that there were more people on the Titanic than therewere lifeboats. By 2:05 a.m. the whole bow of the ship was under water and all the lifeboats except for two had been lowered into the water.
