  • Development of the Bohr Atomic Model

Development of the Bohr Atomic Model
Bohr developed the Atomic Model by modifying the Rutherford model, which was unstable. He said that electrons must move in orbits of fixed size and energy. The Manhattan Project

This research project founded during World War II led to the development of atomic bombs. It was a federally funded project, in which some of the greatest minds of the time were involved. During this project, Neils Bohr worked along side Robert Oppenheimer who is known as the father of the atomic bomb. The Editors of Encyclopaedia Britannica. (2020, January 16). Manhattan Project.
