  • Proclamation of 1763

    king George ordered a proclamation saying the colonist could not move to the land won in the French and Indian war making the Appalachian mountains the new boarder
  • 1st Continental Congress

    October 26, 1773- delegates for 12 out of the 13 colonies me to discuss what they thought about the intolerable acts
  • Townshend Acts

    the townshend acts were passed a little while after the stamp act was repealed the were desinged to tax the colonists on all things the needed such as glass, lead, paints, paper, and tea.
  • Boston Massacre

    a group of colonist where throwing snowballs at the British soldiers and they fought back shooting and killing 5 colonists njuring 6.
