    The Manifest Destiny was a belief many believed was a sign from God for America to stretch from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean and conquer most of North America.

    The Women's right movement focused on the rights to vote for all women. Other focuses of this movement was for women to be able to own land, receive their own money instead of their husbands, and being able to work.
